Return Process

  Log into your dstore Egypt account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or contact our customer support team.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then place them securely back in the original packaging.

  Courier Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your specified address.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
